Just because some people believe in or espouse various conspiracies, doesn't necessarily mean there aren't any. I understand the extremely cynical and negative connotation of the word "conspiracy," but consider for a moment about how we have all been conditioned to laugh and snicker when someone remotely suggests that the Gov isn't 100% visible in all their actions and at all times.
