Perhaps the Bush Admnistration now fears an attack of weapons of mass destructions from Old Europe

At no time in our history, has our power and prestige declined so quickly. Even in this nuclear age, Stupidity is the still the largest weapon on mass destruction.

Dubya has nothing to fear but fear himself. And, alas, so must we.
