I didn't say anything about oil. France is an antagonistic, fickle, and generally useless ally. What little regard I held for them as an ally vanished when they refused to allow our bombers overfly their airspace on their way to Libya.

We are going to war with Iraq. When Chirac wants in at 11:59PM, Bush should say, "Thanks, but no thanks. And, we won't be requiring your assistance in the after-action rebuilding."
