That's very interesting, Paul. I confess, I do not understand the French at all. I've never been there, but my relatives who have travelled in France report that it was very uncomfortable. The French just don't seem to like Americans.

I saw a picture of Ceraq (sp?) with Saddam inspecting some nuclear facility back in the early 90s. That says a lot, I think.
