Well, the US-UK-Canada (and Malta) are kind of far removed from the rest of globe, although
there are som differences US-UK-Canada.

For example, just one pick in the US-UK differences is that UK is busy reforming their
system.

Btw, one major test on having some ideas on this is to keep representative and proportional
such in parliements and senates apart from presidential elections.

Difficult to have a proportional president, although Turkey did that some eyars ago.

UK, with no president representing all of the people, is obviously something different, just
some princesses, princes and others, good for the yellow press and ceremonies.

Btw, pleeze do not copy that question hour, the canadians still clearly beat the americans
in being funny, especially using the Los Hollywood platform.

Trying to implement congressional "Oxford style debates" was already too funny for US
in the early 90s, if I remember right, trying it two times was already too much. (please
correct if my memory serves me wrong)
