LOL, Real nice - It's full of cash. I _was_ late to this party and I feel that the normal rules are still in effect ... for now. What's not in cash is in hard assets, just in case I'm late to the next party.

Re. 1 - What is Middle America? is it geographical or income? To Rockford IL, I can only answer Flint MI. Why would J6P want to live or own in a post-industrial wasteland? How will he work? J6P is a "sarariman" and needs a job to pay for his house, which he does not own. If he does own his house, its value will be destroyed when his town's economy implodes and he and all his buddies get laid off, and the market is flooded with a plethora of tract houses, indistinguishable from one another.

Re. 2 - OK, Point taken, but I was generalizing and any individual case will not totally match the mean. But aren't you more in the conventional camp than in the GoldKlown camp?
