I have done my days with free coca-cola parties and Pravda,Isvestija variations... 2-party and one-party.. Ilmarinen However, what I hope to see, one day, is if London City will adopt the idea of their upper house using proportional, multiparty representation, as in that crown jewel colony... or if they will find another solution after the election dilemma of North Ireland is solved... Expected to be implemented soon after UK is a euro-cash country.. (well, it might turn out as Wales, Scotland without London City, of things get really difficult.... that poodle does not really make much sense these days, not for EMU or anything except BP) Some say the worst result might be the loss of british humour, as that basic british pain to be relieved will disappear..
