Funny thing that nobody yet has presented any evidence of that, although there is a lot of US stuff with - the fatherly spin reciting about that shoe - the B&W clip not showing any shoe One of the best example of induced memories of post-WW2 USA, you can even win a lot of money if you find anything but what I listed above. (french money, onviously) Blessed be the urban legends, as they really tell the truth about their origins...
