I haven't looked at the customer breakdown for brcm customers in a while (the last I saw was an analyst report from a year or so ago)... but Cisco used to be #1. This may have changed because brcm has those wifi offerings and that side of the business is stronger than telecom ... but assuming we get an internet infrastructure recovery I would think Cisco would be brcm key customer again. Cisco isn't going to buy from Intel... for one thing Intel is a key Dell supplier and Cisco is worried about IP.

I'm looking at brcm as a higher risk/reward play against the cisco business. Am I off base? (probably)
