Bush in trouble with economy. 60% disapprove.

SI reference: Message 18586766

And when all those
people who bought duct tape and plastic realize
that they are still not protected from biological warfare or bombs,
W's approval ratings may drop further.

This past week on CBS news, I heard that very few fire fighters or police officers
have gas masks that will protect them from biological weapons. The majority
of Americans are not aware that Bush will not appropriate the money for Homeland
Security which would cover these items.

Also, those plastic masks that you buy at a store
won't protect you from a biological terror attack either.

I bought a mask last summer to use when I spray pesticides in my garden. You have to
use the correct filter that is targeted for a specific pesticide.
If you use the wrong filter, the label warns that the pesticide
could kill you. I've never used the mask.

The mask would not protect me from biological weapons.
