I disagree. Surely God could have altered man to get His desired outcome, but it does not say that. He created him with total free will and simply knew how it would turn out. Lucifer had free will as well, yet God chose to let him live. If God had simply wanted to create a perfect world with puppets, he could have. I do not think that foreknowledge means predestination.
