Yup...years ago the Bulls bought Michael Jordan and never looked back...this is professional racing and there is A LOT of money involved...It should not be surprising though...it happens in so many different sports...It's all about attracting and motivating the top talent...I heard that Coutts has a compensation package that may be as high as $5 Million -- IMO, he deserves it...Its very possible he's the best sailor in the world and his track record speaks for itself...Yet, Brad Butterworth is a master tactician as well and he and Coutts complement each other. .... which is exactly why i'm pulling for team new zealand <s> g'nite scott rose
