The duct tape and plastic idea came straight from the Mad Cow Boy's office! Only someone as ignorant as Bush could have come up with it. In a way, W is the best friend the terrorists have in the US. The White House has frightened Americans so badly that there isn't any need for terrorists to do anything. As far as those vague rumors about an imminent terrorist attack, did you know that the US has been accused of torturing prisoners? If they don't do it themselves, they have been accused to sending them to countries that will do it for them. Awhile back, there was a tv program on the use of torture. The problem is that under torture the prionsers will say anything so maybe that is why the rumors we hear about terrorist attacks are vague and nothing much ever comes of the rumors other than Bush and his White House gansters scare so badly that they'll do silly things: spend money on duct tape and plastic. People should recall that the government, including the White House was warned about 9/11, but the people responsible never took those warnings seriously. The intelligence was sent to the government. The problem was that the government couldn't analyze the information then. And they aren't doing very well now..
