clearly have laid out for Chris to look at. My Proxy materials still have not come, even though every year
I have to make a stink about it. Maybe my few 25,000 shares don't mean a whole lot, but, man! they cost me alot of money 6 and 7 years ago.

Jack, does Stang's post sufficiently address the date of expiry? I will certainly explore with management any items of concern.
