Well, of course not, but it'll do everyone good to remember (and I forget often as well) that the Turkey of 2003 is not the same Turkey as 2001... there's an Islamist wind taking hold... the old government really was worried for its security- this one is pursuing the old government's approach just for the sake of being obstructionist. -Z
