probably, this might depend on the gas and the location.

However, just as when Hanoi was bombed, and there was no american forces in Cambodia, some
persons, actually lots of them, knew what was going on.

When things cool down at least academics in history and production of propaganda will have
access to some documents, however, some already complain that the material is too large.
(especially in terms of the history of Africa, where even documents were never made)
