Bernard, besides Cuba and Mexico, there's the Brazil play. The U.S. is heavily courting Brazil for trade concessions and is dangling free market entry to the U.S. for sugar as a carrot.

ARRS - On the surface the fundamental ratios look attractive and the technicals are signaling a breakout, but I don't like the recent upgrade hoopla on the heels of an earnings report that missed estimates ...specially when it's the third report in a row to miss by a wide margin.
