Glad you are out there running, and feeling good. I've always hated distance running, even when I was running track, I hated running laps. I've always been a speed guy. But I am glad you are out there pounding the pavement. I'm still recovering from Fridays skiing, we really hit it hard. I've still got that good sore feeling all over. I had a really good time with my buds. I dropped Yen off this morning at the airport, off too see Poppa. We've got a sailboat race going on in front of us here today, nice to watch. Much better than last night...we had a nasty head on collision directly in front of us here. A drunk killed his buddy and maybe himself. The guy he hit looked like he'll be ok.
