Don't you see? If Bush kills all those Iraqi children then Saddam won't be able to oppress them anymore. He's really doing it for their own good, and that oil, it's really messy, so Bush will just haul it away for them, don't want to bother the orphans with it.

I asked for alternatives, you presented none. Bombing and killing is a last resort to disarm a crazy guy in charge of a nation, just like shooting the hostage taker is the last resort in a hostage situation.
