Rascal - Do you not think it would be possible for Iraq to be a viable nation that could control its own development? I expect the Iraqi's who have been managing the oil production facilities under extreme conditions are very competent. They can be free to choose who they contract with after they are liberated. I expect once the smoke clears Iraq will contract with Russian, French and American interests to rebuild the industry.

It is about oil, keeping the flow of it free. If Iraq is able to develop itself as a progressive nation that can attract investment and increase its oil production capabilities we can achieve the goals of providing the Mideast a ray of hope.

A progressive prospering nation that increases oil supply in between SA & Iran would be all the leverage we need.
