That's why I have a 4X4, I always get out. Sometimes it's not pretty but I get out. I'm amazed the snow my Jeep can handle. Back in my college years we had a real blizzard, 20+ inches of blowing snow. I got $20 for just scooping out my neighbor's front door. The snow was an inch deep at the curb, the backyard had an inch but the drift went to the roof peak of his house. A friend had a Morris Mini, little car from England. 4 of us took it all over town even though it was 3 days to get the streets clean. When we got stuck we'd carry the thing over the drifts.
