<<The head of the U.S. Homeland Security Department said on Sunday the alert system warning of possible terror attacks could be lowered in the coming days from the heightened status it was raised to more than a week ago.>>

No question, we've got an enormous rally ahead of us no matter what happens next week. The technical set-up was just too good for Da Boyz to lay off it. Peter Fisher's probably been buying Spoos wholesale!<G/NG>

As far as the "Terror warning" system, it's all bull$hit. We should be on "red alert" all the time. When an attack comes it'll be completely out of the blue and in a manner and place of Al-Quieda's choosing, not ours.
