To the thread and a bit "OT"; re Colorado:

Does anyone on the thread have a handle on the R/E market west of Denver around the Evergreen, Pine, & Conifer area?

My daughter, son-in-law, & grandsons are moving there (from St. Louis - furloughed AA pilot) and will be looking to buy 'something' out of town. Being a retired general contractor of 30 years from south Florida, and having gone through many economic cycles, I'm afraid they are moving there a bit early to take advantage of a 'falling market'.

Any area knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

TIA,
Bill/WA
