I don't know... I have never seen or heard of Clooney discussing politics. But you all are talking about him here- I assume he is an outspoken liberal? Just to look at him he comes off like a macho guy in the image of Tom Selleck who is a conservative. I'm actually a little surprised that Clooney is a liberal.

But the important thing to me is that these celebs act responsibly with their opinions vs. blabbing their ignorance all over the airwaves. Thats asking too much, I know. Doesn't matter conservative or liberal I don't like celebrities using the airwaves to their advantage in politics either way.

Actor George Clooney had this to say about Charlton Heston:

"Charlton Heston announced again today that he is suffering from Alzheimer's." When asked if he went too far with his comment he said "I don't care. Charlton Heston is the head of the National Rifle Association. He deserves whatever anyone says about him." There really are no words to accurately describe how callous these comments were.
