No. It was Clinton's fault. Don't you remember our conversation back during the presidential campaign? Your side wanted to blindly criticize and distort the Paula Jones and Monica Lewinsky matter; I wanted to criticize Clinton over Rwanda.

I also pointed out that Bush was nowhere near the thinker that Gore. In the battle of the brains, Bush comes up empty. Gore, at least, could think. And some good thinking might have prevented the situation we're facing today. Sure, there'd be trouble. But I don't think the nation would be out buying duct tape!
