that's brilliant! they want to send electrical bills to people who don't consume electricity! this is the cure for all that ails corporate america, profits will surely go through the roof when dell sends me a bill for the laptop i didn't buy and gm charges my credit card for annual maintenance i didn't receive on a gm car i never owned.

this makes perfect sense considering we have a president elected with votes that weren't cast.
