But he is far more advanced than other arab countries in weapons only re: America does not have to go to war to make changes - america has proven that already - exactly, what are the chances that Iraq would ever consider letting inspectors back in unless US would not threaten him with war. Unfortunately it would take war to disarm him re: Why war now? after 911 it became clear that tolerance is no longer an option
