The Jeb Bush win in 2002 is an example of the new, diligent Florida electorate. Northern Floridians may not yawn and stay home again for the next 20 years. Add to that the unlikelihood of the enemy sending ambulance-chasers out to shred the overseas military ballots (their biggest PR blunder of all), and you have a HUGE Bush win in Florida in '04. In fact, Rove is likely counting FLA as a "base" state, and now aiming at states like PA, MI and CA, as well as several midwest states that were "soft" in 2000. The left can't fabricate their way to power anymore. It was close to disaster for America in 2000, but, as with 91101, the sleeping giant has been awakened...
