The "CORRECT" way to oust a bloodthirsty despot is not to give him any rights and timelines and rules, but to go to war and oust him. Don't the legions of gassed people, murdered and raped and tortured people have any rights to justice? Isn't it criminal to do nothing? Your position puts you in favor of Saddam continuing on his murderous way of enslaving his people. So many murdered people in Iraq and your position is to keep the status quo. That makes no sense to me.
