I appreciate your sudden consciousness of the Iraqi people's suffering.

Still waiting for your argument of how it is humane/desirable/beneficial etc to invade Iraq and kill tens of thousands of Iraqis in the process.

North Korea is also run by a dictator. Are you saying America should invade North Korea next?

Pakistan is run by that dictator with the bad hair piece. Oops, I forgot he was a US ally. No regime change there, I suppose...

Are you aware that one of the US' best buddies, Turkey, has a long list of human rights abuses?

Should the US also effect a regime change in Saudi Arabia, do you think? No democracy, no rights for women, etc. Sounds pretty bad. Oops, sorry. Forgot the Saudi royal family are buddies of the US...

My point, obviously, is that this war is not about "saving the Iraqis", or else the US foreign policy would be equally hostile to all other countries where there are similar human rights abuses. It is about the oil. I suppose I am not the first person to point this out to you.
