Missile defense doesn't do anything for me. The best defense is a good offense- I'd argue it's easier to destroy their missiles on their soil than to shoot them down once they're released.

How do you know this? By all accounts the guy is a raving lunatic. Certainly, if he feels threatened, he may just decide to cut loose with whatever he has.


Kim Jong is a lunatic.......by who's accounting? I think he is a ruthless, conniving asshole but a lunatic? I don't think so. A lunatic doesn't play the game of international politics like he does.

If you aren't afraid to die, fine. But I wouldn't be quite so cavalier about it. Extending the range of missles may not be as complex as you think.

I don't want to die and I don't think a N. Korean missile is what's going to kill me when I do die.
