Thanks fo much for the info, much of what I expected & yes, I agree with you totally (about things getting MUCH worse before even getting a sniff of being better).

The dilemma facing them is; 2 children-3 1/2 & 1 1/2, a border collie, & a cat...only positive-non-smokers. Plus, they want me to move out there too. And for me, that would mean a separate living structure.<G>
So that would mean a minimum of 3 acres and applicable zoning.
It would also eliminate a possibility of leasing with an option to buy.

My daughter has been on the internet investigating, finding properties and also plugging in the addresses into the terraserver web site to get aerial views of the properties and surrounding area.
