It appears to be that article: Message 18591157 Who is Rooney? He is, in fact an ignorant. He seemingly has not the slightest idea that numerous members of the french "Resistance" paid with their lives, that thosands of French people have been murdered in german concentration camps and, after all France suffered a big humiliation after the german invasion. He further ignores that the Soviet Union has done an excellent job in breaking Germans' necks (and suffered with more than 17 million casualties), not the United States which, after all, were a bit late to the party (but still, 405,399 Americans lost their lives during World War II, including those died in the battle with Japan and there were 78,976 Missing in Action).
