True, but "some guy shaking" taken collectively with all that we already know about Saddam is what makes it become meaningful. Another nail in the coffin so to speak.

"benefits, dangers, risks, what to do afterwards, etc" are things to be considered, but again, how many Iraqis need to die under Saddam's reign before anyone acts, in a decisive meaningful way?

It was a big deal for the guy that was shaking. You're forgeting that Iraq is made up of individuals and collectively they "shake" under Saddam's rule. Your "bigger picture" is too abstract. Saddam is a killer with WMDs and he threatens all of us, I say quit the pussyfooting and make a stand. That's the only language Saddam understands anyway, imo.
