They do concern me. The UN and the US should implement policies stop all cases. As far medical aid to Iraq. From what I heard from the State department, (I have a friend works there (his brother btw was killed in the world trade center)), the oil for food program should be allowing medical aid to be getting to Iraqis. But people like never say anything when Saddam builds palaces. If he can build palaces and give $10,000-$20,000 to each suicide bombers family, there is plenty of money for food and medical for his people. Saddam allows his people to die to get people like you to support him.
