OT~~Thanks KL. Will think about that. My own feeling is that it would be nice to have a moment of silence in the homeroom in school....just as a group of people, musing, praying if one wishes, or whatever.... It brings people together, and IMO, helps us all to understand each other better.

The situation I mentioned earlier though, is a little different. It is the entity itself that has to be apolitical, if that entity wants to keep the tax exemption. If the church, (or whatever non-profit entity it is) wants to enter into State Affairs, or politics, then it should pay taxes on all its properties, etc.
