Great website.......I couldn't help but be drawn to #14 dictator from Central America..................none other than the infamous Manuel Noreiga. As I read a description of his crimes against humanity I couldn't help but draw a few parallels to Saddam............Seems the old pals of Bush Sr. are in need of being quieted..................hmmmmmm. If we needed to hear about the sexual exploits of Bill CLinton then we certainly need to investigate and hear about the relationships of the Bush family members to the ruthless dictators of the world. I think it's a matter of personal ( not national) security that we stop risking the lives of AMericans to cover up the blunders of covert relationships between our leaders and despot, third world dictators.
