Has anyone given thought to marching on Washington to demonstrate support for Bush and the upcoming war with Iraq? The media coverage makes it look as if there are a lot more anti-American, coward, Saddam lovers than there really is. The majority who support the President must make some noise.

Shockley got his Nobel for scientific research that led to the invention of the transistor. He was not an expert in biology or genetics.

On the contrary, Nobel Peace prize winners ought to be knowing a thing or two about war. Granted that sometimes it is politicized and favors the Western world (Gandhi never got the prize). However, things are changing for the better as well, as can be seen by the recognition of Mandela, probably the only real statesman in today's world.
