Rose,
I still feel badly about your recent stop loss on ICPT at 6.50....At least can see the wisdom of a tight stop..Look where ICPT is today...You were taken out with a very small loss, with the ability to return and trade again...Large losses take you out of the game...Plus, when your stops get hit, you can reassess possibl timing mistakes you made, but even the best traders have stops getting hit on a regular basis...

Overhead is a term for shares that lie above a trading range area, that need to be taken out for the stock to break out to new highs...It is found where large levels of shares have traded hands in the past...There is a mathmatical calculation that some traders use as to figure out how many present shares are needed to take out the overhead...To this day, I keep that information to myself...

All the best to you, and keep firing the questions.....Mark
