Hello Jack If you mean an article in a newspaper First thanks for going the extra mile (I mean kilometer) Since it will be charged by the line or the word I believe a simple request to visit the wepage would have just as much of an effect and use the money to make the header Very large and bold like ATTENTION PYNG SHAREHOLDERS...... Then on the webpage explain briefly why your requesting the registering of shares and have a form letter with complete details to email once the registration is done. This added info available upon registration will encourage people to seek more info.
