Since the US won't go along with an International court, perhaps international courts could be established on each continent. Such proceedings, whether with jurisdicational applicability or not, could at least serve as tableset for a future prosecutions in venues where the force of law actually would be applicable. In other words, a preciding court, with jurisidication would be hard pressed to ignore the findings of another court and especially one with no prejudice.
