France-Bosnia?? did that chain of thought really acknowledge the
knowledge and fact that it took NATO the threat of France going in alone to Bosnia for
NATO to react.. (and not just the Bush Sr line of "sell them more of our weapons", funny
republican congressional times)

Or did I miss something as the above fact wasn't that clearly spelled out??

That kind of policy would REALLY tank global markets and send the buck into free fall.
