Sorry. But if we're gonna go guilty on nuclear power--look to America's Bectel(sp?) and buddies, all of whom donated generously to a whole succession of US presidents. Are you complaining that America showed France a nuclear market?

Could they have bought it from another source, say from US back then? If so, then it was just typical business wheeling and dealing who finally got the contract.
