I mention numerous competing assets if each looks unattractive, gold stands out by default gold has performed well, and has gained some increased attention what asset group did I overlook ? I dont intend to review how people will research the many potential asset groups, reading newspapers, surfing the internet, talking to experienced friends, talking to brokers, reading investment journals, etc people have heard the annual best performers it is all over the news why does one asset get favored over another ? you tell me my guess is performance and improving fundamentals, discerned thru research my article did not intend to focus on research methods but rather, avenues, dynamics, forces, capital pools, and comparative prospects maybe you might want to tackle the alternative research process not me / jim
