That could be right. Like I said, there are millions of stupid, corrupt and mentally impaired people in the world. Corrupt doesn't mean uneducated.

The larger terrorist groups recruit from the poor and uneducated. The middle and upper classes usually don't want to blow themselves up, when they can dupe some teenager into doing it for them.
