This BBC report points out the copied information. LOL, I just don't see why anyone would say the information presented is out of date or incorrect. It's obvious to me that that one or few British were not thinking or careless and allowed work authored outside to enter into some official work product stream. But with cutting and pasting and computers, an import of a file of text from some partial edit could have lost the connection to the original authors. Or one or a few British were stupid. It all looks generic vanilla to me. So I see no attempt to defraud or deceive and thus no discredit of the value of the information presented.
