Peter,

Sivle is chilling out, waiting for the uncertainty to clear up in the geo-political situation. He has me sitting on the sidelines as opposed to trying to chase bottoms, although he likes the looks of the chart on the Utes. ($UTIL)

CCK is still showing heavy selling, 4 out of the last 7 days have shown above average selling. You could be getting close to a bottom, but I'd like to see the selling dry up first.

When a stock has a drop like CCK has, I like to see it close above the 10 day moving average to help confirm some upside momentum.

You have a lot of people who bought in the 6.50-8.00 range and they will probably be selling when they break even on their investment. This means CCK will struggle through this price range and it will be important to get some momentum going in your favor as opposed to fighting the trend. With the amount of overhead supply on CCK, it's important to buy as the price is rising.

I'm looking at it from a conservative point of view.

Bottom line:

It looks like it has some downside to go. You may want to give it room to shake out.
