Asensio tried to extort shares from REFR management. I think that bears scrutiny. His trial and testimony under oath is public information. A well-qualified investigator pointed out trading practices that are illegal. Why shouldn't I question this when the same hedge funds that are/were his clients mentioned in the report are or have been invested in REFR? Read it sometime and tell me why I shouldn't be suspect? Or is it all just "coincidence"?

And for the record Bill, REFR's SPD technology has already been recognized by several companies in the glass industry and REFR will have no problem becoming a profitable company if even the smallest boutique application sells only a modest amount. So my dialogue with "billwexler" has nothing to do with REFR and its future. It has to do with the desperation of people who took a very, very large short position in a stock with an average daily volume that is 1/200th of the size of the short position.
