Bill,

Are "extortion" "manipulation" "naked short selling" "misinformation" words with flexible, loosely relative meaning for you? You seem to have missed the point. Robert Lowry did an investigation. Did you read his conclusions? I certainly didn't make them up nor did I make up "billwexler's" posts admitting he contacted "hedgies" about REFR nor that he sometimes "pools" his money and trades e-mails with hedge funds. I also didn't make up the fact that he solicited innocent investors on Yahoo to write to him and then sent them fraudulent information.

I asked him to make one phone call to Dr. Lampert, who "bill" readily admits is an obliging individual, to clear up his misinformation about REFR. I've already posted what Dr. Lampert said in 2000 about the prospects for REFR and their licensees. That is why none of us are selling REFR despite the drop in price. That seems to bother the heck out of "bill" who claims he's already "covered" his short position and made 1/2 million dollars!!! And yet he spends all night here bashing me. Well I'm not going away and I'm not dropping the issue. I think these tactics pointed out in asensioexposed.com should be made available to the innocent public who aren't aware of the unregulated activities of these "pooled" monies called hedge funds.

Now if that bothers you that your "good friend" is being "attacked" for these things, well I'm so sorry but some of us just don't like the smell of it.

ND

Re:<<What does this have to do with jewelry? 'Bout as much as The Syndicate — nothing. >>

Like I said, "this thread celebrates the distortion".

Don't confuse us with facts...I got a million of 'em...
