Let me get this straight. You have a five month old article from a Scottish newspaper (which gained no currency at the time) about a conservative think-tank piece. The article takes the giant leap to say it proves Bush's grand plan for a Pax Americana based on military domination of the Middle East (where we already have military domination by invitation) and Iraq regime change (which has already been US policy written into law since 1998). And this makes Bush a liar! A worse liar than Nixon! You remember Nixon, right?
